Pick a video style
A guide to choosing a video style for your goal, your products and your budget.
Every Goose video follows a style. The style sets the look, the length and how many products it can show. Your AI app shows the styles you can pick, each with a demo video. To see them, ask: "Show me the video styles."
Every style is a vertical video for Reels and Stories.
Start from your goal
| You want to | Look for a style with |
|---|---|
| Feel like a real person talking | a phone screen, like a text chat or a notes list |
| Say one offer or one message fast | bold moving text |
| Show what the product looks like | your product photos with short benefits |
| Explain how the product works | a narrator over pictures of your product |
| Feel like a real review | someone talking on camera |
Check how many products it shows
Some styles show one product, some show a few, and some show none. If you want to show a range, pick a style that shows more than one. Your AI app tells you how many each style takes, and on Make each style says how many it shows. Styles that don't suit your products show under Styles that don't fit.
Check the length
Each style has its own length. Short styles suit a single hook and one message. Longer styles have room to explain, but people need a reason to keep watching.
Check the price
A video's price is the pieces Goose makes for it:
- Pictures for scenes
- Video clips, priced by the second
- Voice, priced by its length
Text, phone screens, captions and putting the video together happen on your computer and cost nothing. So a style built only from those can cost 0 credits. Styles with a narrator or video clips cost more.
Your AI app shows the full price before you say yes. See Videos.
Try two styles
If you're not sure, make the same idea in two styles and run both. The results tell you which one your customers stop for. See Read your results each week.
