Who can see your team's work, what Goose keeps, and how to remove it.
Who can see your work
Your brands, ads, videos, files, results and credits belong to your team. Only people on the team can see them, with two exceptions you choose:
- anything you share with a link
- a brand's approved ads, if an owner or admin turns on the community gallery for that brand. Then anyone can see those ads, with their headline and your brand's name, signed in or not, and can choose Make my version to start their own ad from one. They never see your costs, results or who made them. It's off to start.
When someone is removed from the team, they lose access right away, and so do the AI apps they connected to the team.
A small Goose support team can look at a team's account to fix a problem. To do that, a support person signs in as one of your people for up to an hour, and a banner tells them that everything they do happens as that person. Goose checks that they're still on the support team every time they open a page, so someone who leaves it loses access straight away.
What Goose keeps
Goose keeps what your team gives it and what it makes for you:
- your brand brain: the facts, products and customer words it learned, and where each one came from
- the links, text and files you added
- the ads, photos and videos it made, with the prices and your yes for each one
- your Meta ad results, if you connected Meta
- your team's credits, plan and payments
Your AI app
Your AI app signs in to Goose through your browser, and you choose the team it works in. After that it works as you: it can read your brand and make ads in that team. Anything that costs credits still waits for your yes on a card or in the dashboard. See Connect your AI app.
You can disconnect an app at any time on Settings, then Connections, under Connected apps.
Making your ads
To make pictures, voice and video clips, read your website and research competitors, Goose sends the parts of your brand a job needs to the services that do that work. It sends only what that job needs.
Videos are put together on your own computer by Goose Video. When a video is done, Goose Video sends it to Goose to keep.
Meta
Goose asks Meta only for permission to read your ad results. It can't launch, pause or change anything in your ad account. When you disconnect Meta, Goose stops getting new results, and the results you already have stay. See Results and Meta.
Payments
You pay on a secure payment page. Goose never sees or stores your card number.
Share links
A share link works for the time you picked. For a video, that's a week, 30 days or 90 days. An ad or file link can also work until you turn it off. You can turn any link off at any time, and it stops working right away.
Goose won't share a video that quotes a customer your team hasn't marked OK to quote.
Remove your data
- Delete a brand: owners and admins can delete a brand on its Brand page, Overview tab. Everyone loses access to it at once, and its share links stop working. About 30 minutes later, once nothing is still being made for it, Goose starts removing its brand brain, products, ads, videos, files, results and Meta connection.
- Delete a team: an owner can delete the team on Settings, then Team. Everyone loses access at once. Goose then removes each of its brands the same way, the pictures in its templates, the feedback your team sent, and the working details of each job. Goose keeps a record of the team's payments and credits, the names and tags of its templates, and the plans and prices it showed you.
Neither can be undone. See Team and settings.
You can also ask Goose support to delete your team. Then the team disappears for everyone at once, its plan stops at the end of the month you paid for, and nothing is paid back. Goose keeps everything for 30 days, and support can restore the team in that time. After 30 days, Goose removes it the same way.
You can't delete your own account in the dashboard yet. To ask about your data, or to remove your account, write to goose@gooseworks.ai.
